  • Vendors must provide their own tent, tables and display. Please present a professional appearance, tent must be clean with no rips or tears.

  • Vendors are responsible for setup and breakdown of their area and must put trash in designated areas.

  • Each vendor is responsible for collecting/reporting SC sales tax and holding appropriate business licensing.

  • Vendors will be allowed to set up starting at 9:30 AM on Saturday, March 9th until 11:00 AM, space is assigned on a first come basis. You will NOT be able to access your area with your vehicle after 11:00 AM as Paris Avenue will be closed to traffic. If using generators, we prefer quiet ones.  

  • All tables, coolers, extension cords and/or other supplies that are needed for booth, vendors must plan accordingly as these items will not be provided.

  • Vendor booths must remain set up during the duration of the event. Bridges Block Party hours are from 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM.

Bridges Preparatory School PTO has the sole discretion to accept and/or decline any vendor (food/craft/art) for our event.  Also, we do not accept vendors that sell mass produced products as we wish our event to promote unique and/or handmade crafts, art, etc.  Bridges PTO reserves the right to limit the number of exhibitors in any one category to maintain a quality festival.
